The coaching I provide is as a partner, helping you to set specific goals for yourself. I am a cheerleader and support system to you on your journey. Through consulting, I make detailed, practical suggestions for next steps to help you realize those goals.

An hour-long process to help you start thinking about a new career or to consider new employment possibilities in your existing field. Guided exercises and conversation will help you to discover new paths to professional fulfillment.

Sealing the Deal
Are
you repeatedly sending out cover letter and resume packets with little
or no response? Are you getting interviews but not job offers? Sealing the Deal will help you refine your search materials, interview skills, and help you to expand your thinking on where you are looking for jobs.
This program includes three components- with three, hour-long coaching
appointments- plus review and editing assistance with your search
materials. The three components:
1) Resume Refresh- a personalized resume review and an interactive session to rewrite and update your resume (by phone or in-person). 1 hour
2) Interview Readiness- personalized coaching on the best possible ways to present yourself and your skills during an interview. 1 hour
3) Job Prospecting- define additional outlets for your job seeking and new ways to expand your job search. 1 hour

Money Management Strategies...
Budget Bliss
The New Year… a perfect time to set a budget! Budgets are complicated. Budgets are mysterious. Budgets are no fun.
These are all myths! Learn just how useful, gratifying and fun budgets
can be. Money considerations drive many of our choices- jobs we
choose, where we live, the things we do for fun- and nothing feels
quite as good as spending within your means. This program will help
you set a basic family budget and find ways you can start to reduce
debt, save for a goal, or transition to your dream career (which could
mean more money!). With some planning help and tools, it is all within
your reach.
This program is two, one hour-long coaching sessions.

Organizing
In 4 to 8 sessions, strategize to organize your life as you work through a major transition, like returning to work after divorce, staying home with your children, or embarking on a second career. Includes some financial management strategies and how to organize for a job search.
In 2 to 4 sessions explore ways to make more time in your life for the things you love and want to do. Includes a time management overview and an assessment of how to organize your life to create more “me time.”
In 2 to 6 sessions create an Action! Plan to launch a new project, expand your organization into new markets or streamline to increase efficiency. Includes specific goal setting and a step-by-step plan for your project.
Creativity
In 4 to 6 sessions, learn how to tap into your creativity and use it to enhance your life.
Each program includes a FREE introductory appointment to assess your needs and the best possible services for you.
Private sessions provide individuals with a mentor to help create and implement a plan to move through a particular issue in their life. Working one-on-one, specific areas of interest are explored. Then, as a team, areas (or a single area) of focus are determined and an action plan is defined. Meetings take place on a schedule that is customized to each client's needs. Exercises, activities and, if appropriate, readings on covered topics are suggested between meetings. Support is provided to accomplish the determined goals.
$65/hour; $40/half hour
And larger sessions...
Workshops
Cathy can customize a workshop topic to fit your needs! In larger group interactions general tools are offered for a specific issue or topic (like career transition or getting organized). Recommendations for further, more in-depth exploration of the issue are also presented. Workshops generally meet one time. Pricing is based on topic, location, and size of workshop.
